Our Sanitary Relief Valve is designed to protect processing systems from overpressure.  It automatically opens when pressure exceeds a preset level and closes once it returns to normal.  This design helps system protection and product safety in industries such as food, beverage, and dairy, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

There are two other similar valves: the sanitary air release valve and sanitary air blow valve.  The Sanitary Air Release valve is designed to eliminate air from pipelines or tanks by opening automatically to vent air and closing when filled with fluid.  The Sanitary Air Blow Valve uses compressed air to blow out residual fluid or cleaning agents from pipelines, especially useful during batch changes to prevent cross-contamination and improve cleaning efficiency.

All three valves are typically constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and meet strict sanitary standards, making them essential components in modern hygienic processing systems.
