Our Sanitary Modulating Valve is a precision control valve designed for hygienic applications that require accurate regulation of flow, pressure, or temperature within process systems.  Unlike standard on/off valves, modulating valves adjust the valve opening proportionally, allowing fine control of fluid flow rates.  It features pneumatic actuators with integrated positioners, enabling smooth and responsive control based on process signals.

The valves use a plug to control the flow.  Each valve size offers 2 to 4 plug options with different flow capacities, and the plug (trim) can be quickly replaced.  Made of stainless steel 316L and equipped with FDA-compliant PTFE seals, our sanitary modulating valve meet strict sanitary standards and are compatible with CIP/SIP processes.
