Valves

A Needle Valve is a type of regulating valve used for precise control of fluid flow.  It features a long, tapered needle-like stem that fits into a tapered seat, allowing for fine adjustment of the flow by adjusting the size of the opening.  This precision is achieved through the gradual opening and closing of the valve, allowing for micro-adjustments to the flow.

Our needle valves are widely used in laboratory setups, fuel systems, and instrumentation control, where accuracy and reliability are paramount.  Depending on the service environment, they are typically constructed from stainless steel 316/316L for corrosion resistance or carbon steel ASTM A105 for general industrial use.  Their compact size and precise operation make them valuable in hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well.
