The Flanged Ball Valve is a ball valve that utilizes flanged connections to securely attach to pipes or other components, providing easy installation and high-pressure seal that is ideal for demanding applications, such as petrochemical, water treatment, and power generation.  The valve is designed with a spherical ball with a bore (hole) through it to control fluid flow, either opening or closing the flow path.  This design allows for instant on/off control and low-torque operation, and the ball's tight seal prevents leaks, even under high pressure.

Our flanged ball valves are known for their reliability, versatile flow control, efficient flow control, low pressure drop, leak-tight seal, and easy maintenance.  These ball valves are available in a variety of pressure models, such as 150LB, 300LB, PN16, or PN40, and are mainly constructed from stainless steel 316 (ASTM A351 Gr CF8M) or carbon steel ASTM A216 Gr. WCB, providing excellent corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and high tensile strength.  Each valve includes a blow-out proof stem and adjustable stem packing, ensuring the security and high performance.  Additionally, some models are equipped with mounting pad and direct mounting options for actuators installation.
