A BPE Ferrule refers to a type of hygienic ferrule that complies with ASME BPE (Bioprocessing Equipment) standards.  Our BPE ferrules ensure hygienic processing through smooth internal surfaces, tight dimensional tolerances, and full material traceability.

These ferrules are made of low-sulfur 316L stainless steel, with smooth surface finishes like SF1 (mechanically polished) or SF4 (electropolished), achieving Ra values as low as 0.38 μm.

Material： Low sulfur ASTM SS316L, S: 0.005% ~ 0.017%
