Our BPE Diaphragm Valve is a type of sanitary valve manufactured in accordance with ASME BPE (Bioprocessing Equipment) standards, ensuring hygienic processing through smooth internal surfaces, precise dimensional tolerances, and full material traceability.  It features tri-clamp or welding connections, and is operated by pneumatic or manual control modes.

The valves are assembled with EPDM or PTFE+EPDM diaphragms, and our PTFE+EPDM diaphragm seals are interchangeable with GEMU diaphragm seals.  With mirror-polished internal surfaces (ID Ra ≤ 0.5μm), it ensures easy cleaning and minimizes the risk of contamination.

    ID Ra ≦ 0.5um, OD Sand Blasted
