The BPE cap is an essential component used in bioprocessing and sanitary applications to seal or close off the ends of tubes or other fittings. We offer BPE weld caps and BPE solid end caps.  They are made of low-sulfur 316L stainless steel, and feature smooth surface finishes like SF1 (mechanically polished) or SF4 (electropolished), achieving Ra values as low as 0.38 μm.

These caps are designed to maintain sterility within the system and comply with the demanding ASME BPE (Bioprocessing Equipment) standards, which are critical in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Material： Low sulfur ASTM SS316L, S: 0.005% ~ 0.017%
